He doesn't think he is his (part1)

I was with a guy named wally for 4yrs(14-18) he was very abusive.  I ended up breaking up with him because he hit me and I had to go to school with a black eye.  After we broke up he stalked me for around 6 months.  He would follow me and then call me at night to tell me what I did that day.  The only thing I could think of was to just ignore him(get the number changed)and not talk to any of the friends we made in the years we were together.  The whole time I was with him I was on brith control.  My mom had me get a five yr brith control put in my arm when I was 15.  Almost a year later I met the guy I'm with now Justin.  Right when we got together they recalled the brith control I was on and I had to get it taken out.  I was afriad to have sex with him because I didn't want to get pg.  I want to the doctor to try and get the depo shot but the wouldn't give it to me until I had my period.  They gave me condoms and sent me on my way.  THAT NIGHT we had sex and broke a FEW condoms.  I was so worried but he kept telling me there was nothing to worry about.  A few weeks later I was still waiting for my period and it never came.  So I got a test and sure enough I was pg.  I wanted to move away to go have the baby by mom up north on the rez (I'm Native American).  But Justin didn't want me to go he wanted to try and make it work even though we were only together for 2mths at this point.
