Help, my husband's a Minute Man!!

My husband and I have been married for over four years,  I was his first sexual partner.  I wish he was my first.  Anyway, our problem is he is a minute man.  He almost always ejaculates too quickly. Within three minutes or less!  He says it is because I am too sexy.  Four years later this is more frustrating than flattering.  I have needs too. Also, I thought since sex was new to him he was having trouble controlling himself. The few minutes we are together are wonderful. How can we extend his time?  Is he being selfish? Could it be a medical condition? Should we see a doctor?

Ever tried a **** ring? Or have him flog the dolphin about 30 min before you get going together... It is something he can work on without a prescription as long as all his parts are in working order! : )

He could try going on Paxil.  While it was not it's original intent Paxil had shown to help premature ejaculation.

A r/x is needed from a doctor for it.

The two of you could try oral--one at a time or "69"--for variety and ending in orgasms or just for you as a prelude to intercourse.  You could be "primed" in this way, so that you would be able to have an orgasm sooner with intercourse.  Also, your husband might last longer with you on top, and you would be more in control of the stimulation.  This situation is a problem for a number of men, as a naked, attractive woman really is often "too sexy" to last very long.  Most men would like to go for hours, but due to a variety of factors, it just doesn't happen in the real world. It is something that is sometimes very difficult to control.  There are creams on the market that subdue the feeling for a man that he might try.  It takes patience and practice.  An extended foreplay would be worth pursuing before the actual intercourse, also, as often sex is done too much in a hurry in general.

he could try to stop right before he finishes to allow the sensation to die down some or you both could just try another round after round 1.  Round 2 is always a longer
