My  girl friend has been  with this  guy for 6 years  now  ,  she   has totally loss  interest  in having sex or oral   she hates  it  .... she want to get it back  , but dosnt know how  id like to give her advice   but dont know what to say ??  Can you help ??

could be depression, get her to talk to her doc bout some anti depressents, im 25 i had no urge for sex until i was on the right treatment of anti depressants, i mean i would get horny before, and well it only took 5 mins of playing with my clit so it wasnt really much

It sounds like she is having other things going on. When a female loses interest in sex and intimacy after having had it with someone, it is usually more of a relationship problem than a sexual one. Unless he never really pleased her to begin with and she was more or less putting up with it to keep him. I would say unless there is a physical issue going on like hormone imbalance, she has real problems with the person in the relationship.  If that is the case, I doubt it comes back.

Intimacy is often an indication of how other things are going in the relationship.  So, how is everything else going?  Do they get along well?  Do they enjoy each other's company?  ETc.  Usually when you work on those things, the intamacy will come back.  But sometimes you just have to jump in.  When there is emotional distance, you feel physically distant as well.  She must work on getting emotionally close again.  Does she feel self conscious about herself by any chance?  Like, has she gained some weight or something?  Insecurity in self can hinder sex life as well.  It is smart to work on this.  Right now she has a relationship that is more like friends.  I wish her luck.
