Yes, he needs to talk to a doctor about why he is overweight (if there is a medical reason for that) and get help for trying to trim the pounds. He needs to talk to the doctor about his libido and depression. And he needs to ask about the stich in the shoulder. I really think he needs a full physical. But . . . he's ALWAYS had a low sex drive. That's who he is. Your sexual compatibility may have always been questionable. and that is not something to ignore early on in a relationship. good luck
Thanks everyone for commenting. He's always had a low sex drive and since the death of his father 2 years ago, its dwindled to hardly ever having sex. He gets like a 'stitch' in his shoulder which makes him want to stop. He's about 30 lbs overweight. He's to stubborn to ask a doctor for help, which i guess is something he needs to do.
Hi and welcome. If he has an shoulder injury and having sex is painful for him, then not ejaculating could certainly be a consequence. Maybe find a position where he is more comfortable like you on top.
Has he had any interest to consult his physician to rule out medical issues?
Any past medical issues?
How "overweight" is he? Weight can be an issue in regards to sex.
He surely shouldn't be getting "pains" while having sex.
Hi there and welcome. I'm not quite understanding the shoulder/sex connection. Not sure why that would hurt during sex.
Is it new for him to have a low sex drive? Is he depressed, taking medication?
