I have a problem I dated a guy 4 3 yez bt we broke up, dan stayed single 4 seven months I hv a bf nw we started dating in october, m worried cause I still go through ma x bf wall on facebook is this normal. I dnt knw what wrong wid m coz dis guy deeply hurted m is it bcs he's da one whu took ma vrginity?

I was in a very long relationship that ended two years ago. I have a new boyfriend and we have been together four months so far, I am happier than ever, yet I still looked at my ex's facebook. I don't miss him at all. Like she said it's just curiosity it's normal. I eventually blocked him off facebook and I don't ever think about going on his profile anymore. Good luck though.(:

I think we often have a normal curiousity about our ex's.  One thing you can do to stop yourself from doing it officially if you can't stop on your own is to block your ex.  Then you can't access his page.  

It doesn't mean you want to be with him.  It just means you are curious.  And it kind of hurts or makes us happy at various moments depending on what they are doing with their lives.  It is all normla and natural.  

But I agree that it isn't always great.  Breaking all contact including facebook access might help.  good luck
