My age about 39 married.Last 3 years I am suffering from Low erection, duration also very less.after erection without intercourse/ejaculation penis lost erection . I have taken sometimes sildinafil citrate being a pharmacist. My previous history of penis-Tighten foreskin , operated at the of 26 years. nomal size of my penis sometimes not even 1 inch, very rare it is erected the size became 5inch. My partner very rare time satisfied.
I know about Papavarin, Testo sterone but without advice from any doctor I didn't proceed also. what to do ?

Yep, this is one for your doctor. There are things that are out there that can help you out but I would not use anything without my doctors direction.

What to do?  Get advice from your doctor!  It appears you have a medical problem, and the means you must speak with your doctor about it.  Stop trying to treat yourself and let your doctor do his job.  :-)
