it is terrible when you break up but just take your time how ever long it takes just do it one day at a time you will know when you are through it,Hey specialmom i hope everything is ok if you need to vent just vent to us
Well thank you for the feedback. It all started with me and my girlfriend broke up need to get over her. I thought my life was going in the right direction And it's been a while since we've been apart. I'm trying to move on but it seems like there's something inside me that just won't let go.
Meds are for things like clinical anxiety and depression which stress can be part of. But it has to meet a specific criteria and be interfering with your life for a length of time.
Other ways to handle stress----------- exercise. This is the best thing you can do for yourself as it releases the brain's natural happy chemical. Staying organized helps with stress. Eliminating things that are stressful but not necessary. Journaling your thoughts. Spending time with people and talking about issues. Asking for help when you need it.
