Collapse lung?

Fell 1 week ago today and bruised or cracked rib on right side.  Still very hard to take deep breath.  Last night I tried to get a deep cough by exhaling as far deep as I could and felt a pop and intense pain.  Since this happened I had a gurgling or bubbling feeling below my ribs on the right side.   Any idea what is going on?

It could be a dislocated rib. You should go to a clinic asap.
