Left Sided Chest Pain

Im a 20 year old female and I experience this pain on the left side of my chest occasionally and sometimes it is accompanied by shortness of breath.Sometimes this pain is really bad, makes me think im having a heart attack its so bad sometimes, sometimes its very dull, always oriented on the left side though. Its been happening for well over a year and its scaring me.I've been for both a regular cardiogram several times and an echocardiogram and all is well they tell me.I have been known to get bronchitis on occasion and have had past problems with anxiety and depression....LOTS of anxiety though i used to need to take lorazepam or better known as 'ativan' i suppose...do you think anxiety is the problem. My family doesnt really have history of heart or lung disorders either and the doctors always say im fine....what could be causing this?

Try asking them to take a look at your digestive system. Gallbladder to be exact.
