Pleurisy + Other things

Wasn't sure where to post this so I'll start with the supposed pleurisy.

Went to the ER twice, Urgent care once.

First time in the ER, they told me it was nothing, go home. Went because of major chest pain and difficulty breathing.

Went to Urgent Care, they told me it was constipation. I took the Miralax for a few days before giving up, trying a small glass of prune juice instead and it all came out about ten minutes later. Still having chest pains.

Went to a different ER, was told it was Pleurisy. Its already been three weeks since I've been feeling these symptoms and they don't seem to be getting any better.

I've also noticed that I can feel my heartbeat thru my stomach, but I'm also naturally skinny, and its only when I lay down.

Other symptoms are headaches, body pains, can't take full breaths without getting uncomfortable, getting full too quick/not being hungry at all (even after the prune juice, I just felt kinda empty), and I can barely sleep. To think it all started with a hard cough after I got over being sick.

Can anyone help me? No doctor in my area takes my insurance and I'd rather not go back to the ER incase I'm just being a hypochondriac about it.

I'm 19, female, on Depo Provera and I smoke cigarettes light-moderate. Half a pack a day or less, plus I share with my partner so its more like 1/4th of a pack.

Please. Help. I haven't slept good in weeks.
