Pulmonary Function Test Results - can anyone explain to me the values ?

Hi,
I would be happy is someone will explain to me or post here a ling when it is explained  clear enough.
I have been told that I have some restriction due to an injury. The lungs had nit been injured but the surrounding area - ribs and muscles, also  I developed hernia in the back and also I developed a severe Kyphosis in the thoratic spine.

So, can someone explain to me what the columns in the report are telling:
Pred, PRE, %Pred, pre#1, pre#2
in another report I also see the column - acr

about the ration FEV1/FVC here are my results:
test-1: pred - 81.0, pre - 84.7, %pred - 105
test-2: pred - 77, act - 98, %pred - 127

I would be happy to get some help from anyone who is knowledgeable in this area.

Thank you
