Is opacities because of previous infection ?

Recently had CT scan during a medical exam. The report suggests confluent and few discrete opacities in right upper lobe. My Sputum AFB was negative. CBC ESR is normal. Ultrasound normal. I am having no symptoms of TB. In childhood I had pneumonia. What can be the reason for this finding?
