Sorry you are feeling worse. It is common to lose your voice with bronchitis. Usually it is all the coughing. I am praying you get well soon.
Please let me know how the appointment goes.

The pain in your back depends on what is causing it. There can be several causes. If it does not start to subside when your cough stops, you should see your doctor. One possibility is pleurisy. Sounds a lot worse than it is. That is just inflamation of the lining (pleura) of the lungs and lung cavity. This can be caused by several things. A common cause is coughing. It is also possible to dislocate a rib and very rarely will a person break a rib coughing. It could also be a pulled or torn muscle possible interstatial (between the lungs).
Feel better and take care.
