3 small, flesh colored tiny bumps on stalk of penis

Hi, this summer I went on vacation to NC, noticed what looked like little blemishes on the stalk of my penis, closer to where it attaches the the body.  In about 2 weeks they became raised, and haven't grown or done anything since. They do not itch or irritate whatsoever.  There is no discharge, they are not pimples and nothing happens when you squeeze them.  They are very, very small, probably 1/10 the size of a pencil erasor.  I have now had them for about a month and a half.  The last time I had sex before these blemishes appeared was at the end of February, possibly early March.  I do have skin tags, I have a grouping of them on the back of my neck since birth.  These almost resemble that flesh color but they are a bit lighter, and do not have a stalk so to speak as skin tags usually do.

Once again there is no discharge, and also I have mild sebaceous glands, little tiny white bumps that are close to these 3 dots, however the bumps are not white like the sebaceous they are skin colored.  Can someone please advise?

this sounds like molluscum or even genital warts. You need to go and be seen and get these checked out.
