Is a hpv biopsy pain ful in male?

Hey I would like to get a hpv biopsy to rule out hpv in my genital area. But I want to know if having a hpv biopsy painful? Only reason I think is a hpv bump is because I engaged in oral sex 21 days ago and feel thats responsible for the bump

I mean, a biopsy isn't fun. They'll numb the area first, probably, do you don't feel the actual biopsy, depending on how big it is. It's not that bad, though, and you might be a little sore as it heals, but it's not worth putting off because of the pain.

Most of the time, HPV can be visually diagnosed. At least go get it checked. Bumps have a long and varied list of causes, some normal, some not, and it might be HPV, might not.

HPV has an incubation period of 2 weeks to several months, with the majority appearing 2-3 months after infection. If you've had any other encounters besides this oral encounter, it could have come from that, if it is HPV.

Just go get it looked at. It may not even be HPV.
