Hello,

I have had alot of these issues for a very long time and have never been to a GP due to embarassment.I'm an 18 year old male from United Kingdom.

1.) I have always had a stinging while urinating as long as i can remember
2.)My Penis head is very wrinkled and if you spread you can see between ridges in the penis head
3.)Have alot of tiny skin coloured Bumps under my ponis head
4.)Some little white bumps on the inside of my Foreskin

I also came back from a Holiday to Malia on month ago and have now developed a red rash thats is nopw becoming itchy and appearing to spread.I did not have sex in Malia to my knowledge (woke up on the beach twice not remembering how i got there so maybe possibly someone may have taken advantage but i doubt it)

I have once tried sex a very long time ago and we were both Virgins and it was literally "an attempt".

most of what you are worried about sounds completely normal actually. the only thing that isn't is the pain with urination. you should follow up on that to find out what is going on.

your rash you have now is probably just a fungal infection. not sure if you can buy jock itch cream otc in the UK but if you can, pick up a tube and start using it 2x/day for a full week after the rash has gone.

Forgot to add, there is also an unpleasent smell often present.I wash everyday yet the smell always persists.
