Anal Gonorrhea Transmission Risk

Please don’t judge.  I’m looking for answers.  I already feel bad enough about this.

I am a male. I’ve recently discovered that I have anal Gonorrhea, but not urethral Gonorrhea.  Before being treated, I had heterosexual sex with a female.   Was my penis able to transmit the infection?  I’ve read that the infection remains in the area of infection.  Please help.

Thank you. So I wouldn’t be able to transmit this through my penis?  And the anal infection wouldn’t spread to my penis?
correct
Last question.  If I had throat gono, could I transmit through cunnilingus?  I’ve read this is highly unlikely.
to transmit it that way the back of your throat would need to make rubbing contact with her vaginal area as the germs are in the tonsil area so its impossible.
Thank you.
