Biopsy result

I recently had a biopsy result for bumps on penis...which my doctor said it on physical examination is not a genital wart.....the biopsy reult is as follows:

"Superficial biopsy showing hyperplastic and hyperkeratotic strips of squamous epithelium with mild chronic inflammation and pigment incontinence"...

My doctor says that the result is ambiguous and he has sought a second opinion which will be available in 3 days...i am very much worried...does the above result means that i have genital warts with cancer possibilities...please help

Dear grace......got the confirmation from the doctor that the lesion is not wart..it is the reaction of skin due to circumcision...as it is confirmed by both clinical impression as well pathological analysis..I feel relieved now.....thanks for your kind advise.....

this doesn't sound like results from hpv. your provider consulting someone else is the best thing. be patient and wait for their consult to be completed and your provider to get back to you.

No I'm sorry I can't. You can try posting in HPV or wait until Grace comes back around as she knows about HPV.
