Burning sensation around the head of penis.

2 days ago I had protected oral sex and protected vaginal sex. She was squeezing pretty tight with her hand while performing oral sex. She also held my penis while she was on top so there was very little skin to skin contact.  I immediately washed my genitals after with soap. A few hours later my urethra became irritated, but urination relieved it. About 36 hours after the sexual encounter the right side of the heads of my penis began to burn. It's now been just over 2 days and the urethra irritation seems to have resolved for the most part. But the glans still burns walking does provide some relief. There doesn’t appear to be any discoloration or sores.

Is it possible I have herpes?

Update 3: it’s been over 5 days now. I think  I’m overthinking things. But I’m starting to get some low back
Pain, testicular pain and where it was burning in my penis , the top edge of the head near the foreskin, looks purple.

Please can anyone comment?

Update 2:  the burning sensation seems to have moved from the left side of the penile head to the top, right at the edge where the foreskin starts. The skin looks slightly swollen.

I’m starting to freak a bit.

Update: so the burning on the Penis head has gone from constant to on again off again. But the urethra pain is still there. I know all my symptoms started in less than 48 hours after the sexually encounter, but I’m not sure what could be causing this.

Are any Drs. Around that could provide some insight? I’m going to see my dr soon but any information would be helpful in the meantime.
