Changes of transmission and potential efficacy of Clarithromycin, Amoxicillin & IV c

So, had brief encounter with sex worker. I am a male and she a female, just for clarity and accuracy of response though I'm confident that this is irrelevant.  In any case, I received oral sex lasting only a couple minutes then shortly after completed with handjob. Anyway, that night I had extreme regrets as this not something I regularly do, only once before. So in my anxious state, I thought it best to be proactive and see if I could prevent any full infection from developing. I took 1500mg of Clarithromycin ER, and 1875mg of Amoxicillin that night. The following morning took another 1gm of the Clarithromycin ER & 1375mg of Amoxicillin. Still on Day 2 (only 24 post exposure) took 500mg Clarithromycin ER. The next day, today took Amoxicillin 500mg & Clarithromycin ER 500mg & Ceftiaxone 1gm IV (prefer not to explain but I am in healthcare).
I realize that this is not ideal course of treatment but first I am married and couldn't live with myself if I exposed her to anything. We will likely not engage in sex for about a week (just started menses) but will wait longer to be sure no symptoms present. Anyway I plan to continue Biaxin for 2 more days, total of about 5 days @ 1gm of ER daily. Can continue amoxicillin but I know this isn't usually effective for common culprits. Last I have several more days worth of Ceftiaxone 1gm but CDC guidelines are only for "Ceftiaxone 250mg x1 and Azithromycin 1gm orally x1" for uncomplicated GC.
So I guess I feel that with low likelihood of transmission and Ceftiaxone 1gm IVP & Clarithromycin for 5 days at sufficient doses I should be covered? I would think this amount of Clarithromycin would cover the recommendation for Azithromycin, even though it really hasn't been studied sufficiently.
What do you think?
I should also add that I have had no significant symptoms. I have always had a mild want in uethra off and on and chronic epididymitis which urologist is not concerned about. So....
