Confuse about STD and Side Effects of Antibiotics

Had sex with 3 diff. girls w/in a month. 2 in a massage parlor attendant and an ex-gf. In a week, had bodypain and a discharge before a urinating.Went to a doctor but never told this since I am going to work abroad in three days time,he had check up for urine(3-6pus,2-3rbc,others normal),blood(all normal),hematology(triglyceride and HDL high, others normal),hepa-b(I have anti, and said I am free from hepa-b for whole of my life).Doc gave clindamycin. Prior to my flight, I took Azithromycin 500mg 1x and doxy for 4 days til' I arrive abroad. When I arrived,I had fever and body pain but no discharge.Frequent Urination only and chill. Been to doctor and told about the possibility of STD or infection,Had urine test, said no problem, pus 2-3,1-2 rbc,but recommended cipro which he said to take for a week but I decide to have it for 2wks. After 2wks on cipro, had irritation on tip penis and knees/legs felt weak.Had retest for urine, pus 2-3 and rbc increase 8-10.Doc advice to drink plenty H2O.Thinking of side effects,I stop cipro but took another dose azithro this time 1000mg and amoxicillin for 5 days. Retest urine and 2x VDRL w/c is non reactive. Urine is normal, rbc 2-3 and 1-2 pus. I took again doxy for 3 days then stop.Am I safe for STD or infection? My only problem is the rash I dev., itch occurring while sleeping, headache, dry mouth, slight fever/chill,too much gas or feeling bloated in right side of stomach/abdomen and crawling feeling under the skin of my scrotum/testicle.is this side effects and not std?pls.help and give advice.tnx

Thank you to all who responded to my post.
I guess I don't have to worry about STD. How about the pain in my right stomach, rashes, headache, weak knees, slight fever, and anxiety I encounter during the intake of antibiotics especially cipro, does anyone know it is cause by antibiotic side effects? Is VDRL testing enough for my testing? Does Urine Analysis enough to trace if you have STD? What's the usual result or values that may indicate you have STD thru urine. Thank you very much.

Uh, sorry, you are incorrect, "gracefromHP."  Carbohydrate intakes can and do raise TG levels in some individuals. Therefore, first-line advice for decreasing TGs would be decreasing carb intake and retesting in 3 months. High plasma TG levels have been shown to increase CAD and stroke risk.

carbs have nothing to do with triglycerides.

Decrease the carbs in your diet to get the triglycerides down.

Also at this point you've been on so many different antibiotics you also have to start thinking about fungal infections too.  Might want to get checked for those too.

Anyway you can get tested for std's instead of just throwing antibiotics at it to see if anything helps?

The discharge you originally described suggests you probably did have some kind of bacterial std.  However, you have taken so many antibiotics since then that are alle effective against these kind of std's.  It's safe to say you have been treated & there is no bacterial std present now.  The other symptoms you describe doesn't sound worrisome for other stds.
