Epididimytis from STD?

Back on October 14th 2011 I gave and received oral sex from a girl. Also my penis touched her vagina but did not enter at all. two weeks later I had weird ppains in what seemed like my rectum, that bothered me for a few days and then completely dissapeared. Then, fastforward to December 31st 2011, and i begin to have pain in right testicle. It got worse over a few days, and i am guessing it is epididimytis from std back in october?? the right epididmytis was very much enlarged compared to my other one, and the testicle seemed a little swollen and a little bit harder than the other one. After about a week or two, these symptoms died off and epididmytis and testicle felt normal for about a week or so, but now it is coming back? I also just recently developed a bright reddish rash on the head of my penis...? I have had no discharge, but can now feel pain in my groin at times too. My lymph nodes in my groin are swollen as well, but i was recently diagnosed with mono and was guessing that could cause that? anyways, does all this seem like it could be epididymitis from Chlamydia or something from back in October 14th?

you need to be seen and properly follow up on this. not likely this is just now happening from a std contracted in october and you need proper follow up to find out what is going on.

not yet.. does this sound like an std? or could the pain have happened from the gym?
