HELPPPP!!! I need expert input

So I had sex no condom, on new years eve with a girl I have been talking to, during intercourse I pulled my penis out to far and "rammed" it into the taint, "flesh between the *** and vag." Quiet hard, to where I had to stop for a few seconds. After we had sex, the next day or day after that I took a **** and it started to burn. It only burns when I pee and only inside my penis, then I started looking stiff up, I came up with sti clamhydia and gono. As well as a possible UTI  I know its not common For men to have a UTI, but I have the burning sensation, as well I have what I belive is a small "discharge/drip" I cant tell the color or texture of it because it seeps on to my boxers, its not a whole lot and it dosent smell, bit it feels like my penis slowly pushes out a little idk the word but ummm like a drizzel or drop fml idk. But anyways it doea that all day and the spots on my boxers dry and have slight whiteness to them on dark fabric. I was tested today and was given doxycycline, just incase I have something, but I just want to know what the heck. I cant find answers straight forward to my problems, I want the highest in pro input that I can get, because this girl I do like, and she was tested yesterday, the thing is that if I got it from her I dont think its a problem, but if I had this for some time then why didnt it show up sooner? I also had unprotected sex with another friend whom I have known for over a year. Dosnt change the fact that its unprotected sex.... But please anyone who knows what this might be help, and ill add I also dont drink water as much as reccomended, so I want to know if that could be a cause of this, as well I found out that a uti can be cause from trauma thats why I mentioned the "ramming of the taint"

Well as I also said befor it was a test for gono. And clahmidya. Im 22 do I need a prostate exam? I have take three doses of the doxyciclin and the "runoff" from my penis has not been so persistent. Well actualy today its 958pm now but as of today, I have not noticed to much of the fluid, maybe 2 times today.

urine testing doesn't tell what std testing was done dear hence why I asked. You should always know EXACTLY what you are being tested for!

prostate infections can cause symptoms like you are having too which is why a manual exam of your prostate is helpful.

As I said before I took a urin test, they gave me doxycycline, and condoms then sent me on my way. No prostate examn. What could that be for?

did they also manually examine your prostate too?
