Help, cant sleep at night!

ok so about 3 days ago i was at a concert and about an hour after i got out of the bathroom (i didnt touch anything but myself) i started to have an unignorable itch on my penis, since then a rash has developed on the head, there are small bumps, what looked like tiny tiny openings where there is some peeling of the skin, and the inside and tip of the foreskin is very red. me and my girlfriend had unprotected sex the night before the concert but i didnt ejaculate but i took her virginity. i have had this type of irritation before, but NEVER this bad, it is keeping me up tonight, it looks like it is damaging my penis, and it is going to have an effect on my sex life unless i have answers, please hel ASAP?!?!?!?
