I had unprotected sex with a women last night!

Hi doctors!

Last night I had unprotected sex with a white women, her partner was there but he was just watching, they didn't seem high on drugs or anything of that matter! They truthfully looked like a normal couple who has a fetish for these sorts of things! Anyways I feel really guilty about it so when I got home I washed my penis and cleaning it with toothpaste! I know it seems dumb but I felt like it would help. I'm just concerned about hiv because I know she's most likely done this more than a few times, so I'm really scared I caught something. This was my first time ever having unprotected sex with someone and I'm really scared! We had sex for a total of 30 minutes on and off but I didn't ejaculate inside her, matter of fact, my penis was quite limp the whole time I was having sex with her, I had a hard time finishing because of my guilt, I finished by masturbating! I was hoping if anyone could help me with this matter!

Thank you!

And I noticed you told me to post this on the hiv forum but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the same question twice! But if you could give me a reply to question with some details I will be satisfied!

Thank you Vance

Hi Vance
Thanks for the response and yes I did read it but the reason I asked the question again is because you said that I had a low risk for stds but not hiv..unless hiv is in the same category as stds?

Thank you for your response, I am aware of the of stds but is a one time sex encounter a low risk for contracting hiv?

You had a risk for STD's and HIV. STD's from a one time encounter is low risk, but I would advise some basic testing. Gonorrhea and chlamydia-1 week, herpes-3 months.

HIV questions post in that forum please.
