Itchy situation... Pics included

I have a rash that I get about three days after i have shave my pubic area. The rash is pretty itchy, mainly on my scrotum (where there is no signs of the rash?). It has been occurring for about 2 months now but hasn't been too big of a problem because I usually shave every few days. This rash goes away completely whenever I shave. I havent been sexually active for the past 2 months because im afraid I could have contracted something and dont want to spread it. The main thing that is bothering me is the "free" clinic at the university I attend has students still in med school seeing patients and they dont know what the hell they are doing, and its going to be awhile before I go back home to see a real doctor. Also searching on the web for pictures/ information on what i possibly have has left me empty handed? At first I thought crabs, and have tried RID shampoo, and also after doing some research I found that you should be able to see the crabs if you have them, which I cannot.

Background Information that may help...

before the rash started showing, I had what I thought was a Urinary Tract infection and after a lot of cranberry juice, no soda, or alcohol it seemed to clear up, and i have no discomfort anymore urinating.

also about a month ago I had Jock Itch for approximately a week that I was able to clear up with some cream a friend recommended.

I dont know if those were other symptom of what i have but I thought I should include.

Thanks alot,
Gary

We don't look at pictures here.
You would need to see a Dr for the rash, but it sounds like it is from shaving.
