More frequent urination, Watery tip and it blood once from pennis tip

I received protected oral sex for around 45 minutes  with an escort and the condom I used was one size big for me. She also used her tounge on areas around pennis and I ejaculated in the end.

I have also been masturbating regularly and after a few days of that incident and I noticed blood on tip of pennis while ejaculation after masturbation.

Symptoms:
Since then, I’m also feeling irritation / little inconsistent pain on and off in tip and shaft of pennis, urinating more frequently since then, noticing watery stuff on pennis tip sometimes and there is a rash on tip but no bleeding after that day. Also, I notice a strong smell in my urine.

I am also facing itchiness in eyes, some sore throat and some uncomfort in lower abdomen.

Could this be a STI?

What testing do you recommend?

I wouldnt recommend any testing. Although the condom was too big, it never came off. This, plus the fact the oral isnt a good way to pass bugs would lead me to believe that this is NOT sti related.

The blood could be from over excited masturbation time and you cut yourself or maybe made the urethra a tad inflamed?

The urethra is moist anyway and if you are feeling more anxious and touching the penis more (pulling back foreskin or trying to "milk" the watery stuff out) this will further inflame the penis and the cycle continues.

My advice would be to try to relax and drink more water (The smell could be caused by thrush? See a doc or chemist). If the symptoms persists then seek advice but I do not think it is STI related.
