NSU, STD or Virus?

I've had frequent urination and some slight discomfort after an unprotected sexual encounter, but have tested negative for Chlamydia, Gonnorhea, Syphilis, HIV, Herpes, Hepatitis.  I haven't experienced any discharge but did notice a slightly darker/pink patch of skin less than 1cm in diameter on my inner thigh recently.  The urinary symtoms have reduced after a 2 week course of doxy along with cefuroxime and then metronidazole, but I still have some discomfort/ache in the balls and bladder after urinating a week+ post treatment.   The scary part is I've been tested for HIV at 12 weeks negative but I've had fatigue/tiredness, slightly swollen nodes in my neck and a cough since about 4-6 weeks post exposure.  Also my daughter has had a persistent cough for about the same time (for 2 months).  I don't have access to reliable medical facilities so hoping to get further information on tests I should do.

Does NSU typically take a few weeks for symptoms go away in men?
Since the symptoms didn't clear until the second week of doxy when I started Metronidazole, should I assume I had trichomonas or could it had been a delay of reduced symptoms?
What other bacteria could cause these symptoms?
Are there other STDs or viruses I should test for as a male?  HTLV, HMRV, CMV, Mono, etc?
Could I have gotten something and passed it on to my daughter by kissing her goodnight or sharing a glass?

I was just wondering if you would expect wbc to be a lot higher than 4-6 with an STD.  My doc said it should be higher and doesn't think I have an std, but I can't help but think so since these symptoms started 3-5 days after an unprotected encounter and have persisted since and I never had them before this.

We can't/don't interpret test result, you would have to ask your Dr.

I ask because my wbc has been 0-2, 2-4, 4-6 over the course of 4-5 months, wondering if you would expect it to be much higher if Chlamydia or Gonorrhea were the cause.  I had Chlamydia and Gonorrhea tests but not sure if they were in the right time frame after courses of antibiotics.

If I had chlamydia or gonorrhea what would expect to see for wbc numbers on the urinalysis?

sounds more like you have a kidney stone issue perhaps than a std issue.  antibiotics won't help if that is the issue. you need to see an urologist at this point.

So I've continued to have aching and discomfort in my balls and urethra.  I've had further urinalysis that showed 4-6 wbc, rbc+, calcium crystals and sulfur crystals.  Could trichomoniasis cause this?  I took a 2g does of zithromax 4 days ago but it didn't seem to help any.
