Need closure

Hi 3 week ago I had protective sex and protective oral a couple of days later got a weird felling at end of my penis . So went to gum clinic and told them what happened they did not seem that worried but said they would test for gon and clam both come back negative but  still getting slight pains in penis and lower stomach( witch don't Boyer me much as I suffer from ibs)and I also have a white covering on my tongue. All I want to ask is can I put this behind me and have unprotective sex with my wife? Please help

Reread what I wrote about STD's.

It is most likely anxiety related.

Thanks Vance do you think it's a coincidence that this pain started a couple of days after this terrible thing I done? I've been to see my gp and he said the pain and white tongue is down to my anxiety do you think I should just let this go ?
