Oral sex with CSW in Mexico risk of STD?

I was recently in Mexico City and found myself in a very bad situation. I was near blacked out and ask the cab driver to take me to a strip club. We ended up at what appeared to be a CSW establishment. I received protected oral and that is it from an older (mid thirties?) woman. I do not know how long it lasted. I am worried at some point it was unprotected as my memory is VERY foggy. I do remember at the end of my time I asked her to go back to preforming oral and she refused since I had already taken the condom off (which makes me feel better that she wouldn’t have done any unprotected oral on me). I did not ejaculate. I have no recollection of any oral bumps or pimples but honestly was really intoxicated and there is a chance there could be I guess.

I got tested for gonnerea and chlamydia 6 days after and everything neg. I have no real symptoms although I feel like my groin lymph nodes are tender (potentially from anxiety). And keep thinking to myself I have lower abdominal pain (both “symptoms” are not there if I keep my mind occupied on work etc) Absolutely no inflammation or bumps on genitals/penis and no other symptoms from what I can tell. I am at 10 days from exposure.

I am worried about syphillis. I have a wife at home that I have refrained from any sexual activity with since the encounter but don’t know how much longer I can hold that off.

After reading a ton of posts it sounds like I am very low risk if protection was on the whole time, but no way to know.

1. What are the odds of syphillis in Mexico?
2. How early can I get tested for syphillis?
3. Could I transfer it if I did have it without a chancer being present?

I feel confident I do not have anything but want to make a game plan and be smart and do not want to put my wife at risk. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Chances of you getting anything with a condom are very slim.

I can't find anything recent on Mexican rates of syphilis, but it seems to vary from location to location, at least in the past.

You can't transmit it without a chancre. https://www.cdc.gov/std/syphilis/stdfact-syphilis-detailed.htm

The window for syphilis testing is 3-6 weeks. Some feel you should wait longer, up to 90 days, but if you haven't developed any symptoms, you should be fine at 6 weeks.
