Painless lump on my penis

Im a fourteen year old boy. I've never had sex, but i have had oral sex with some of my friends before (I'm not gay though). I noticed that i have a lump on the shaft of my penis. It looks the same as the rest of my penis except that it looks like theres like air underneath it, like its a lump filled with air or something. If anyone can tell me anything i'd appreciate it.

Just to reassure what vance has said. STDs just don't come and go as they please. oral sex is very low risk and with condoms its almost Ziltch.

It has nothing to do with a STD if it goes away and comes back. See a Dr is concerned.
