Peeling, red skin, between ball sack and leg

Ok so ,  i have peeling,  not a lot, very slight,  but still noticeable in a way,  i also have really chaffed legs,  when i walk because my legs rub together,  but now i have like,  a peeling skin,  thats sorta red,  and from what i see no bumps,  but i have bumps down my leg,  which are like sweat sores,  idk if i have a yeast infection or not,  but this rash/skin peeling,  hurts when i rub it,  and gets really dry when i use soaps,  what could this be, could this be a std?  or just a yeast infection?  or skin itch,  what could it be??? im scared.

I am sexually active,  i have been tested for stds before,  and they said i don't have anything,  except they couldnt test for herpes,  but i do not believe this is herpes,  because i hear herpes is a bunch of small blister like clusters,  i don't have really any bumps, just red, and peeling skin,  kind of like when you get dry skin on your face,  thats what the dry skin looks like on the rash,  do you think it could be a std.  as in herpes or something?  i also get a smell from it sometimes

odds are this is just a fungal/yeast infection going on.

see your provider for a proper exam.

are you sexually active?
