Penis pain

18 months ago I had unprotected sex with a woman of questionable sexual health. the very day after I noticed pain in my pen is and testis. No discarge, did not really hurt any more when I urinated, but a stinging around the head and bottom of the head of my penis. It actually hurt to lay on my stomach as my whole groin area was a bit tender. I went to a GP who though I had gonorea, he put me on a course of z pak and said I would be fine. I wasn't, I also had the whole battery of STD tests ran which came back negative. Back to the doctor who then though mybe my prostrate was a bit "boggy" as he put it. A 2 week course of an antibiotic followed, no relief. Next he refered me to a urologist who also checked my prostrate and sis a urine sample, and scoped my urethera. Found nothing. 2 months pass with the pain and I go back again. He prescribes pain meds. This helps a little as long as I take them, but still I do not feel like I used to. I see no signs of any thing other than some color variation on the head of my penis. I should also note that if I lay flat on my back while sleeping in the morning the pain is nearly gone, but comes back after about 15 mins of being up. About 3 times during this period the pain almost went away for about 3-4 days, than came back. I am loosing my mind as this consumes my thougths daily! The pain on my testicals feels like someone is pulling my pubic hair to the point it will come out. I should also note that at times I have lower back pain with it and my urine seems to be far more yellow since this incident. Please help!!!

I agree absolutely!

You need to be looking at your back as the source - a pinched nerve or something.

This does not sound like any persistent STD. You have had a good evaluation by your urologist and your GP. The key word in your history is the word back. That may be the problem and can give the symptoms you describe. Take care.
