Hi, I am in a long-term relationship with a woman but recently had two indiscretions with an old girlfriend, which I'll describe in more detail below.
This opens me to the "you're anxious and guilt-ridden" suggestion so common here, and I acknowledge that.
Anyway, 15 days and again 13 days ago, I reunited with an old girlfriend (herself married).
We did not have oral sex, did not have intercourse, and our genitals did not touch.
We did however get naked and laid together. I fingered her vagina, she rubbed her hand on my penis, and she rubbed her very wet vagina on the front of my thigh. So, there are some changes of transmission/infection here.
Fewer than 12 days after the initial contact, I began feeling a rash on the part of my thigh behind my scrotum where the leg meets the buttock. I've also felt "weird" and/or itchy around my anus and perhaps even at the top of my butt crack just before my back.
It's been hard to see symptoms, though. Maybe at times I look red in some areas. Maybe there are some small bumps on my thigh. I've seen no big open wounds, no pus, had had no pain associated with urination, and have had no discharge.
I got worried and contacted the old girlfriend. It turns out she had actually cheated on her husband back in January, and that included full intercourse. As a prelude, because that was apparently planned (mine was not), she had told the other guy he had to get an STD check first. He apparently did that, and was negative on everything he was tested for, but apparently didn't get tested for herpes.
I guess she got nervous after that event with the other guy and 2-3 weeks after their sex, she went to her doctor and got tested for everything, including herpes. She was negative for everything.
I found this comforting, or at least my anxiety went into an ebb-and-flow mode.
Meanwhile, assuming I had done nothing to get a disease, I DID have sex with my own wife.
I had noticed her itching the spot where her butt touches her back recently, and told she said it had been itchy and and showed me she had some form of rash there (it looked different than what I have, if I have anything).
So, what diseases might I have? Especially given the experience itself (no oral, no intercourse, no genital touching) and the time frame--I'm only 15 days from the initial contact and 13 days from the second, and I've been feeling the itch since maybe 5 days ago, so I would have started feeling things with 10 days or maybe even 8-9?
I appreciate any input here.
