Possible Symptoms or Anxiety?

I had a brief oral encounter with a woman ten days ago.  I have had no burning during urination or ejaculation nor any discharge.  I have also not had any strange bumps or anything.  I did however have a pain in my left testicle about three days ago that included a warming sensation but it has passed.  My lower abdomen feels weird (pressure and intermittent pain), but I don't know if this is a symptom or just my anxiety.  The testicle pain also tends to come back for sometimes just minutes at a time.  This also happens to be the one that sometimes I squeeze during sex to help me last longer (not smart I know) and I dont know if this has anything to do with it.  Any help would be appreciated!  Thank you!

Ok, just one more brief question.  I have a burning sensation on the lower left hand side of my stomach (right above the leg and below the stomach).  Same opinion?  Anxiety still?  Again, it has been 11 days since the oral sex encounter and I still have no discharge or burning sensation during urination.

Thank you.  I had chlamydia 5 years ago so I generally know what to look for (and I know how bad it sucked).  I am assuming the other symptoms are my anxiety over the issue.
