I have never had sexual intercourse but only recieved oral for a couple of minutes. First time was about 3 months ago which was analingus and the 2nd and last time was 4 days ago and was a blowjob. In my urethra i feel slight sharp pains randomly throughout the day, not so often anymore. Also on the underside my penis i have many little bumps which is normal for me but on the top side in the middle of my shaft i noticed a pimple like bump that is NOT painful. I only noticed it cause i was erect which is the only time its easy to see. When soft i could see it but only if im actually looking for it. Its skin colored but if i look at it from certain angles it could appear lighter or white. Also a couple weeks back i had a spasm in my urethra, this only happend one time. I havnt had any cluster of bumps, lesions, discharge, I have no clue what this could be, can i get help?

Either way u should be fine. Just get tested around 6 weeks to make sure. Sometimes its sensitivity .
