STD infection orally

Hello. I irrationally had sex with a female on the 6 June 2018 without thoroughly checking her sexual health.

At the beginning, she performed oral on my penis for only 1- 2 mins before I stopped her because I was scared. Then she put on a condom and she proceeded performing oral sex for another few minutes. We then had vaginal sex before ending. Our private parts were never directly in contact. I used 2 condoms throughout the intercourse but the condom was slipping as i struggled to remain erect. It was my first time having intercourse as it was a bit painful for the foreskin to be retracted so much.

I need help please because I am lost. I struggled keeping my erection with the condom on and i found it extremely embarassing. It has never happened before. I also fear that i may have accidentally contracted an STD and I am so afraid. I did a bit of reading and there were no signs of blisters on her mouth or lesions on her mouth. Didn't get a good look at her vagina though. I checked with the local STD clinic 1 day after the exposure and they told me to wait one month before i can do a blood test.

I dont have any burning sensations while Im urinating, neither do i feel any pain as of now. There are no rashes on my penis or near the groin. But occasionally I get tingly sensations on my inner elbows and legs. Especially my thighs. I also got the same tingly burning sensation on my hands and knuckle. Both of which last only for  a few minutes and then they disappear. On the 8th of June, after I defecated, Im starting to feel the same sensation, light burning on the upper crease of my buttocks before disappearing again after a few minutes. This sensation is basically moving from one part of my body to the next and I don't know what it is. Most of it happens while I am sitting down in my office and it is very cold here.

The doctor told me to approach them again if i experience any pain while urinating or if the rashes start to occur. But i cant help but worry about if I am going to catch anything. My penis was only exposed for that few minutes of oral sex before i put on the condom. I didn't ejaculate inside her and though slipping, my condom was on at all times. Am i at risk of any permanent STDs ?

Can somebody please help as to what I may be facing right now? I feel so helpless and scared.

First, don't use 2 condoms. The friction from them rubbing on each can make it easier for them to come off, and the protection of one is sufficient.

You are at pretty low risk here, and what you'd be at risk for is herpes, syphilis and gonorrhea. Since you've had no symptoms, I wouldn't overly worry about it, but if you must test, go for it to ease your mind.

Whether or not you ejaculate into someone has no effect on your risk - it does on your partner's risk level, but not yours.

Your tingling and hand stuff are all likely anxiety and hyper-focusing on your body because you're scared. No STD symptoms would travel over your body like this.

Thank you very much for your reply. I did sign up for a test. It has already been a week now. Is it possible for any  symptoms to still show up from now?
