STD symptoms?

Hi Dr. I had protected oral and vaginal sex with a CSW in Thailand nearly 8 weeks ago. As i was not sure of the condom or its reliability ( they provided the condom), i was very worried and had PEP course too. I tested negative (4th gen) on 51st day after exposure. Is it nearly conclusive?

Also, 2 weeks into this exposure, i started developing a dull pain near my scortum area - which was on and off. There was a minor pain during erection too for first 3-5 days. But later it reduced substantially, but even Now, a very dull pain keeps coming for a few minutes daily in the lower abdomen (just the area right above the penis - mostly on the left side and some time near the left testicle) - but there never has been any burning or pain in urination or any discharge so far. There was no swelling too. Are the above due to the high anxiety/stress that i went through in the first few days? I am generally a very anxious person by nature.

As the sex was protected, are there chances of chlamydia/Gonorrhea or trichomaniasis? A standard urine culture and urine routine test done 4 weeks after exposure said no bacteria present in the urine. My doctor ruled out prostatitis based on urine culture and the fact that pain &frequency reduced substantially over weeks. Please advise. Thanks a lot for your constant support at the forum

Hi, yes your hiv test is conclusive.
Yes anxiety may be a factor as what your menioning is not an std symptom anyway.
Yes using the condom is zero risk for gono and such.
