STD?

since I got no reply, I'm 19 years old. I got yeast infection last year November,at first I was scared because it doesn't seem normal. And after several days and months it didn't bother me because whenever I have my period,it will be gone. My problem is,last Wednesday, I had oral sex with my boyfriend. The next morning I found small red dots in my mouth and vagina. It was itchy and uncomfortable, last night,my body is so weak and it feels like I have a fever but I'm not hot. My body was just weak. Now,my mouth is a little bit inflamed, the roof of my mouth is itchy, I have a running nose and my vagina is itchy. What this might be?I'm scared.

Hi him giving you oral is as about a low risk as possible the bigger risk is giving a penis oral. It would appear the red dots are just an irritation from the act itself as no std shows symptoms the next day and red dots like you describe are not std symptoms any way.
