Safe Oral Sex questions!! please answer

so two days ago my buddies and i went to a strip club, things got a little out of hand, and i ended up getting a protected blow job from a stripper, this was my second blow job ever(first one ever was about 3 months ago), during the process of the blow job i was trying hard not to ejaculate because i ejaculate fast, the blow job lasted about less than a minute, soon after like 5 minutes my balls started to feel a little  heavy, i wouldn't say they hurt cause I'm not  in pain, but more that they feel sensitive, kinda like if i had blue balls for a longer period of time. its been two days, and my balls feel the same. I feel like they feel like this because i resisted hard not to ejaculate, and  Every time i pee, i pee perfectly fine, no pains or stinging at all. i started to have little anxieties about getting an STD because this is the second time so I'm not as experienced, what do you guys think the problem is ? or if this is a type of symptom of an STD?, a little worried.
thanks guys

or could this problem be cause of anxiety and I'm just making my self think my balls feel this way

No STD is possible from protected oral sex. And as you suspect yourself, to me anxiety seems a good bet to explain your symptoms.
