Signs of chlamydia/pid

Hi there wonder if anyone can help. A few weeks ago I got this bloating feeling in my stomach and a little pelvic pain, I then came on my period so felt this must of been symptoms from that. However now finished my period I am still experiencing pelvic pain and bloating but now followed by frequent urination. I often feel  like something is pressing down on my bladder. Any ideas of what this can be? I was treated for chlamydia 4 weeks ago. Is there a possibilty this may be signs of the infection still being present or signs of PID? Sorry if it sounds stupid just need some advice as I'm clueless to what's goin on!

Thanks Vance2335! By yesterday morning I had really bad lower back pain so went to docs. Doc believes it to be a kidney infection so have prescribed anti biotics and are sending urine off for tests. Fingers crossed things will get better! Doc gave the same advice you gave about chlamydia but said get retested if it would ease my mind. Thanks again for your advice.

Treatment works so I would not worry about chlamydia or PID. I would see your Dr though to see what might be going on.
