Specific question concerning the characteristics of Syphilis sore?

I'm hoping this is a fairly straight forward question.  Can a Syphilis sore be painful and inflamed like a pimple or cyst?  With pressure, can it be 'popped' similar to the same?

Actually, the lesion that syphilis leaves on skin is know because it doesn't cause any pain.

But, did you have any sexual exposure that could lead you to think you have syphilis ?

unprotected oral.  one time.  but this was definitely painful. at the base, near within hairline.  like a large pimple.  i applied pressure and it popped like a pimple... mostly blood ? came out.
Since you had an unprotected oral encounter, it would be interesting to test for gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes, whether that spot were produced by syphilis or not.
Understand.  For what I've described, does it sound like a chancre?  Or likely to be a pimple/cyst?
I'm more curious to know if a Syphilis sore/chancre can be under the skin, inflamed and 'poppable'?
It could be anything. It's better if you check it with your doctor, as anyway it will be necessary to test after your encounter.
ok.  can you tell me though if what i'm describing is characteristic of a Syphilis sore/chancre?
ok. yes, I agree.  but wanted to know if a syphilis sore fits this particular description: under the skin, painful, and 'poppable' like a pimple/cyst?
Hi, no its doenot and also syphilis is in almost all cases in the genital area.
Thanks Life360_Dave.  This was on the base of the shaft of my penis.  But definitely at/near the bottom.  It felt very much like a large pimple.  Hurt when I applied pressure. Again, much like an underdeveloped pimple.  Sorry for the grossness of description, but after squeezing, it definitely popped.  Give the above, I was hoping that it wasn't meeting that of a Syphilis type sore.  Thanks.
