Burning sensation on glans after sex

On 15th Aug 2015 (one year back) I went for a body massage and after the massage the lady she opened up her vagina where i put my finger. After sometime she insisted me to have sex  and tried to thrust my penis into her vagina. I retracted due to the fact that it was not ethical to me to have sex with another woman when i was happily married for 7 years. I was not sure my penis had touched her private parts during the inicident.

I got bit of rash on the chest and felt tired for a week after the incident.

I did test negative for HIV on 90th day. But did not test for other stds.

In the recent days during intercourse with my wife i'm getting bit of burning sensation on the glans of the penis. I used to get pain on testicle which comes and goes. Not sure whether it is because of vericosele.

Is there any possiblity for getting any other STD infection. I'm not so comfortable for going for testing.

Please help me.
