Sti symptoms?

So April 2017 i had contact with a csw.  She performed oral on me and had sex w condom.  Was a very stressful and traumatic experience for me.  Lost everything I had and was depressed majorly.  Feel i may have acquired a sti.  Herpes and/or hpv.  The rib of my head felt as if irritated, from the start.  So I decided to go to the dr. And told him I was with a csw and wanted meds.  He gave me 3 rocephin shots over a period of time, antibiotic pills and a creme to apply to the penis.  Igg testing type specific at 1,2 and 3 months for herpes and hiv all negative.  Does this confirm I'm in fact negative?  Or do I need to do more testing?  I'll keep going, so everything seems fine for 3 months or so and I get a rash resembling eczema on my penis head.  Went away in 1to2weeks then about 2 months later I get a large rash on both calves.  Goes away in 1to2weeks. Doesnt hurt but very wet and bubbly looking. I do have psoriasis everywhere, but after I lost everything it spread to more places quickly.  It was very odd.  Went to dermatologists and drs this whole time for every problem.  So here I am 1 year 6 months after the encounter and I have eaten like **** for a long time and have bowel constipation dr gave me  gas pills and said change your diet.  I work on my diet and have less junk food, but it happens again(1 month later) and he says I have ibs due to being constipated and diarrhea.  Also I'm having weird irritability in my croch area at this time.  Also a bump formed on my sack was flesh colored and felt hard under the skin (pussing when squeezed).  Well it got infected and blew up the size of a marble he put me on antibiotics. and now it looks like scar tissue. So about a week later I get another bump on the opposite side of my sack and looks like a very minuscule white head with red around it. Small amounts of pain only when pushed on.  I'm having a lot of symptoms:  irritation in croch, slight itching and redness, definatly very dry skin (itchy arms, thighs, cheeks).  Not sure about my anus either, sometimes feels irritated to.   I asked my dr if the igg was confirmatory at 12 or 13 weeks.  He said as long as you have no new sex partners. I dont know what I should do, ask for more igg tests, ask to see a specialist.  What do you think?

Herpes wouldn’t stick around like this, HPV could be possible but unlikely. Visit a doctor

I missed the part where you had sex, I thought it was just protected oral sex. My mistake. HPV and herpes would be a low risk, along with syphillis. Still your chances are very low.

Could be folliculitis, could be hsv.
Go see a doctor for diagnosis.

While I respect your answer, i find it very odd to have two bumps a month apart and seems like they arent going away.  The first bump(before it got infected from squeezing which pus came out) was there a month ago and seems to be there still after healing from infection.  The second bump pusses when squeezed and didnt get infected bc I'm currently on antibiotics and used bactrican.  It seems there still and looks like something filled with fluid(pearl like) when I stretch the scrotum skin for inspection.

So if all is ok, then why are these little bumps on my scrotum?  Hpv?

Your risk for any std from protected oral sex is so low it’s as close to zero and certainty in life as one can get. Get some antifungal cream

So I have another concern.  It seems the irritation/itching in my croch goes away with bowel movements.  My first thought is how is this possible?  Pressures and nerves?

So is 3 month igg type specific confirmation for no herpes?  I also hear there is a chance of sti through areas where the condoms dont protect.  Say I do have it, can hsv1 and/or hsv2 genitally contracted cause hsv1  and/or hsv2 in the mouth area?

Yes, it can occur. Unlikely with protected oral. Unless the person had a raging HSV1 infection and even lets pretend you did get hsv1 on the genitalia it’s so mild you would probably never even know anyways.

You never had a std or sti concern. The rash on your penis can be from large amounts of antibiotics you have taken that’s caused a condition called balantis

You sound like you need to get some treatment for depression and anxiety.  I hate that you 'lost everything' and don't really know what you were referring to but it's time to take your life back and get over this. If your mental health prevents that, seek the treatment and therapy to move past it.

Protected sex was not a risk for anything as the condom is there for the sex to be safe.  So, you were down to oral sex which is low risk in the area of std's and no risk for hiv.  You took medication and have tested negative.  Your skin issues sound unrelated to this other than the stress aggravating it.

Maybe someone and hopefully someone will have more to offer you---  but I'd focus on how to move past this and get your life back on track. Wishing you the best man.
