Syphilis Only Please

In October I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal. I have zero abrasions scabs etc on my penis but afterwards I’m pretty sure I got syphilis from her. Symptoms fit the description And mode of transmission (Oral) I got back together with my partner and (Before I had any symptoms) we had sex. Her symptoms fit the mold of syphilis as well flu like (no fever or rash just a wet cough and some stomach issues) I’m terrified that it’s something worse. What are the percentages that it’s just syphilis? Again protected vaginal and unprotected oral. I went to the ER and had blood work done and they said everything looks perfect but I’m terrified. Please help.

Syphilis has typical lesions easy to recognize (rounded wounds called "chancrus"), that appear where the infection takes place.

What for three weeks and go for a test for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea and Syphilis, as receiving oral sex is a risk to get all those ones.

All the best.
