Syphilis???

I had a syphilis test (rpr) and 4th gen hiv at 2 weeks and 7 weeks. Are these conclusive or do I need to test more? I'm worried about the prozone effect with the rpr test and a potential false negative result. Please help.

Thank you. Is there any reason to think the rpr could be a false neg?
