What do I Have????

Hi,

I am a 36-year-old bisexual male.  I am sexually active, and receive oral sex (without a condom) somewhat frequently.

I noticed a few years ago that I have about 7 or 8 white pimple-looking bumps on the left side of my scrotum.  Believing them to be whiteheads, I excised the largest one with my fingernails.  My scrotum bled a bit, and the contents of the bump came out.  It was not pus as I expected from a whitehead, but much more pliable (yet fibrous) white tissue.  The strange thing is, it grew back in just a few days.  These bumps are itchy, but they don't seem to bother me too much unless I see them.  I have tried to "pop" them several times over the years, but they grow right back to exactly what they looked like before.  I have had a complete array of STD test since I first noticed them--and all negative.  I'm getting more and more worried.

Thanks in advance for your attention.

If in doubt have a doctor look at the bumps. It may or may not be a std but the doctor can tell you for sure.
