Hi All, I am really scared and right now really do not know what should i do - pls help!! a week back i went to a party and got drunk -hooked up with a callgirl and had unprotected sex wit her. such a stupid thing to do!!! i noticed some rashes on my skin a couple of days back and suddenly from today i am having white liquid discharges from my penis....is this gonorrhea? i am **** scared...should i go test myself...also what are my chances of getting HIV from this single encounter..i have been in a relation for last 2 years and have not any previous one night stands for sometime - this is the 1st time in 4/5 years maybe..the more i am reading stuffs online, the more depressed i am getting..if i am positive for gonorrhea does that mean i am HIV+ for sure....

We dont mention symptoms as could be anything but im sure your just fine except for the yellow discharge

Hi, a white puss discharge a week post exposure surely indicates an infection and having unprotected vaginal sex with a call girl could indicate Gono but there should be burning while urinating. If no burning and is more urethra itching it could also indicate Chlamydia. Either way see a doc for sure. HIV from a first time encounter is a long shot you did contract hiv but if shes having unprotected sex with many men daily the chances are upted. The more the exposure the more the risk.
You can have the DUO test at 28 days for HIV.

Thanks Dave, I am really worried and each second i am thinking what a dumb thing i have done to  myself, surely it a NEVER AGAIN should i test a negative..
OK so thus this mean that  only a one time encounter the chances of me getting HIV+ is minimal..i am going to the doc tomorrow and will get tested for STDs..i am not having any other symptoms so far like fever, rashes, swollen lymphs etc.
Also can you let me know if i have contracted HIV how long till the initial symptoms start showing?
