Worried about STDs

Hi Doc from UAE,

Last year (July 2016) I received a oral sex from massage girl at Penis and Anus. This is the first and last incident of my life, which last around 15-20 minutes.

At eight week of encounter, I did following tests. All are negative.

First Set - By blood
HIV I&II Abs+p.24 AG - CMIA
HIV Interpretation
RPR - Carbon Agglutination
HBsAG - CMIA
Hepatitis B"s" AG Interpretation
HCV Abs - CMIA
Hepatitis C Virus Interpretation
HSVII, IgG - ECLIA
TPHA - Haemagglutination

Second Set - By dry swab (All real time PCR)
Mycoplasma genetalium
Mycoplasma hominis
Ureplasma parvum
Ureplasma urealyticum
Chlamydia trachomatis
Neisseria gonorrhoeae
Trichomonas vaginalis

Third Set - Urine
Culture Growth

But still I am feeling pressure on my penis and have pain inside the gland.

Can i be sure if I have not caught any STD and its something else or any other tests are necessary.

Please help as I am ruining my married life and mental health.

Thank you.

Recieving oral sex is  risk for gono, syphilis and herpes but if she did not have any lip sores the risk is close to zero

Hi Dave, thankS.

The report which i wrote you are ok and no need for retesting? I understand few above tests are not accurate at 8 weeks.

Please confirm.
