chances of cotracting STD

Hye all...yesterday, i went to a massage parlour..the girl did protected oral sex on me( condom on).... she licked and sucked my balls which was not covered by the condom. after that, the girl take off the condom and continued with handjob until i masturbated....morning before, i shaved the genital area and there might be minor injuries which cant be seen with my eyes......my question:

1) am i at risk contracting any types of STD/HIV from this situation?
2) maybe her saliva/maybe blood which cant be seen from her mouth accidentally touching my shaved area which has minor wound/injuries AND can caused any STD
3)by taking off the condom, and proceeded with handjod, her saliva might touch my penis accidentally and can this caused any STD
4)can i get STD from her by licking my ball n sucking my balls?
